Loan packages are long and sometimes stressful. Complete your loan in the comfort of your home and have your sensitive material handled with professional care in a timely manner.

I print your documents, walk you through the pages, and collect all signatures/initials, making sure all your t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted, so that your closing is not delayed. I will scan back the package if requested free of charge.
When you are selling a home, I will be your bridge to the title company. In loan signings, I will make sure your questions are fully answered and you feel secure about what you are signing.
